Quality is not the same as it was before with natural treats! The box is such from a bad quality that in was in pieces before it arrived and the snacks are now packed in plastic!!! ( shame on you!!) in stead of paper. What can I say.. a real disappointment

Prodotti davvero buoni e di qualità. Il pacco è arrivato molto presto nonostante io abiti in Italia e tutto ê andato bene. Non metto 5 stelle in quanto ,nel mio caso,si sono dimenticati un articolo e aimé,quello che mi sarebbe piaciuto di più dà dare al mio cane.l
I ordered from Germany. Delivery was quick, I love the packaging and my golden retriever loves her snacks. However, there are 2 reasons I am only giving 4 instead of 5 stars: - I ordered the tough box. My dog isn't 10 months old yet and she chewed through her snacks within minutes. So there was nothing "tough" about those snacks and she's not a super heavy chewing breed either. - I got a subscription with my first order without realizing this. I only realized it when my next shipment was announced and money was withdrawn from my account. I absolutely hate that everything everywhere has become some kind of subscription. I canceled this as soon as I realized it. I'll order again when both boxes are empty.
