Costs and estimated delivery times

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are only 3,95€.

Free standard Fedex delivery is included for orders over 60€.

Natural Treats covers the majority of the delivery cost which is why we have a minimum order of 20€. Delivery costs for small orders under 20€ start from 9,95€.

How long is shipping?

It takes around one week for your order to arrive at your home.

We hand-pack every order and we ask up to 2 working days to process your order.

If you order is placed after 1pm on a Thursday, it will not be collected by Fedex until the following Monday.

Once collected by Fedex, orders can take 3-5 working days to arrive. 

Remote locations may take a day or two longer.

All orders include full tracking from Fedex.
