Looking after our customers and keeping them happy with our products and service is the most important goal of ours.

I have been a customer for a long time, do i earn points on past subscriptions?
Our points and rewards system is a brand-new concept for us. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to be able to reward points for past purchases.
Whilst we really appreciate customers that have been loyal to us since day one, we are always trying to introduce new features and sometimes these features do not reflect past orders. We hope you understand this.
Points are active from Sunday 18th June 2023.
How do i earn points?
You will receive 1 Natural Point for every €1.00 of your order value. If the order total is not a round figure, your Natural Points will be rounded to the nearest 0.50€.
For an order totalling 24.30€, you will receive 24 Natural Points; for an order totalling 24.70€, you will receive 25 Natural Points.
You can also earn extra points on certain special offers and promotions. These are advertised on our website and in our newsletters.
Do I earn points on subscriptions?
Yes. You earn points exactly the same way on subscriptions. Active subscriptions are also entered into our monthly competition to win extra points. So subscribing to a box is the best way to earn points and rewards.
How can I see how many points i have?
Log in to your account and click Natural Points to see how many points you have earned.
Can I combine points?
Yes. You can collect points over many purchases and then use all the points on a bigger reward.
Can I use points to pay for my current subscription?
Paypal and a lot of credit cards have restrictions with subscription payments. One of the biggest restrictions is we can not change the payment amount you have subscribed to. This is for security reasons.
We are currently looking for ways to allow customers to pay for active subscriptions with their points.
Until we find this solution, you can contact our team if you want to use your points and we can manually see if your payment method allows you to use your points towards an active subscription.
You can however still use your points on new orders and subscriptions.
