Flat Beef Gullet

These flat gullets are made from purely fresh cuts of premium European beef muscle. We slice each piece into 12cm lengths and simply air dry to perfection.

They offer many health benefits too, as they’re naturally high in protein, low in fat & also a natural source of chondroitin. Similar to all our products, our flat gullets contain no nasty hidden ingredients, simply pure beef in its natural form.
